1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website operated by Axon Point Advisory LLC (“Axon Point,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, you should not use the site. These Terms apply to public website content and do not replace any written engagement agreement, confidentiality agreement, nondisclosure agreement, professional-services agreement, or other contract separately executed with Axon Point.
If a written agreement between Axon Point and a client conflicts with these Terms concerning the services covered by that agreement, the written agreement controls for that engagement. Website materials are general and are not intended to modify an existing client engagement unless Axon Point expressly agrees in writing.
2. Informational purpose of the website
The site provides general information about Axon Point’s advisory services, areas of work, leadership, geographic capabilities, and commentary on business, regulatory, investment, investigative, compliance, and cross-border topics. The content is intended to help visitors understand the types of matters the firm may consider. Business and regulatory conditions change. 4. No legal representation or attorney-client relationship
Axon Point Advisory LLC is an Armenian business advisory company and is not an Armenian law firm. The site does not offer Armenian legal representation. References to U.S. legal or regulatory experience describe professional background and advisory capabilities; they do not mean that use of this site or engagement of Axon Point Advisory creates a U.S. attorney-client relationship.
Where a matter requires Armenian legal advice, U.S. legal representation, a formal legal opinion, privileged legal investigation, court representation, or advocacy before a government agency, the client must engage appropriately licensed counsel under a separate arrangement. Communications with Axon Point are not automatically protected by attorney-client privilege merely because an Axon Point principal is also a lawyer in another professional capacity.
5. No investment, securities, tax, accounting, or other regulated advice
Website references to investors, investment opportunities, investor representation, transaction assessment, market entry, or due diligence describe business-advisory services. Axon Point does not through this website offer investment management, securities brokerage, securities placement, custody of client funds, investment guarantees, or individualized recommendations to buy or sell securities. Any regulated investment or securities activity must be handled by appropriately authorized professionals where required.
Similarly, the site does not provide accounting, audit, valuation, tax-return preparation, engineering, medical, cybersecurity certification, or other regulated professional services unless expressly stated in a separate engagement and lawfully provided. Axon Point may coordinate qualified professionals as part of a broader advisory project.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
Business decisions involve uncertainty. Due diligence can reduce uncertainty but cannot eliminate it. Market-entry planning can identify risks but cannot guarantee commercial success. 7. User responsibilities

15. Changes and severability
