Contact Axon Point Advisory

Discuss a U.S., international, investment, investigation, compliance, or Armenia-related advisory engagement.

Discuss the matter before deciding what kind of engagement you need

Cross-border problems do not always fit neatly into a single professional category. A proposed investment may require commercial diligence, local fact development, legal review, accounting analysis, and sanctions screening. A U.S. expansion project may involve market-entry strategy, contracting expectations, tax coordination, licensing, banking, insurance, and compliance. An internal allegation may require an investigation, preservation of evidence, local employment advice, and potentially privileged U.S. legal representation.

Axon Point Advisory begins by identifying the client’s objective, the jurisdictions involved, what has already happened, what decision must be made, and which risks are material. That initial framing helps determine whether Axon Point should handle the project as an advisory engagement, coordinate other professionals, or recommend that the client engage counsel before further fact development.

Matters we regularly consider

  • U.S. market entry for Armenian and international companies.

  • Armenia market entry and local execution for foreign companies.

  • Investor representation and transaction due diligence in Armenia.

  • International market entry, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and distributor relationships.

  • Sanctions, export controls, AML/KYC, beneficial ownership, and third-party risk.

  • Internal investigations, misconduct reviews, and business-integrity matters.

  • Government-investigation and enforcement advisory support coordinated with legal counsel where required.

  • Commercial and investigative due diligence on counterparties, management teams, and proposed partners.

  • Healthcare, technology, fintech, professional-services, and international-trade matters involving cross-border regulatory risk.

Information that helps us evaluate an inquiry

A useful initial inquiry is concise but specific. You do not need to prepare a formal memorandum. Identify the company or investor involved, the countries relevant to the matter, the general business objective, any known deadline, and the problem you are trying to solve. If the matter involves a proposed transaction or counterparty, identify the type of transaction and the counterparty unless confidentiality considerations require a conflict check first.

For an investigation or regulatory concern, state whether a government agency, bank, customer, auditor, regulator, employer, or other party has already contacted the organization. If there is a written request, subpoena, notice, demand, audit letter, or other formal communication, say so. Do not upload extensive records or highly sensitive material through a general website form unless Axon Point has specifically asked you to do so.

Confidentiality and sensitive information

Submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship, legal representation, or an advisory engagement. It also does not mean that Axon Point has agreed to treat unsolicited information as legally privileged. Before sending trade secrets, personal data, medical information, investigative evidence, passwords, access credentials, confidential transaction documents, or other highly sensitive material, wait until the firm has confirmed the appropriate method for sharing information.

This is particularly important when an inquiry may later require legal representation. Legal privilege depends on the circumstances, jurisdiction, parties, purpose of the communication, and engagement structure. Axon Point can coordinate with counsel where the client requires a privileged legal investigation or legal advice, but that structure should be established deliberately rather than assumed from a website submission.

What happens after an inquiry

Axon Point first determines whether the matter is within the firm’s advisory capabilities and whether there is an apparent conflict or other reason the firm cannot become involved. The initial discussion generally focuses on the business objective, relevant parties, jurisdictions, current status, timing, and the expected work product. Depending on the matter, the firm may request a limited set of documents to understand scope before proposing an engagement.

If Axon Point can assist, the scope should identify the client, the project, deliverables, timing assumptions, fees, expenses, information dependencies, and any work that must be performed by separate counsel or other licensed professionals. Complex matters are often staged. For example, an investor may begin with a preliminary opportunity assessment before authorizing full diligence, or a company may begin with a U.S. market-entry readiness review before implementing the recommended structure.

Cross-border engagements are frequently multidisciplinary

Axon Point does not attempt to replace every professional required by an international project. Armenian legal questions are handled by appropriately licensed Armenian counsel. U.S. legal representation is provided under a separate engagement with qualified U.S. counsel. Accounting, tax, valuation, technical, cybersecurity, licensing, and other specialized work may require additional professionals. Axon Point can help define the workstream, identify suitable advisers, and coordinate the overall project so that the client is not left managing disconnected advice from multiple jurisdictions.

For law firms and professional advisers

Axon Point also works with law firms, accountants, investors, consultants, and other professional advisers that require Armenia-based or cross-border support for their own clients. These engagements may include local fact development, site visits, counterparty inquiries, document collection, management interviews, commercial context, project coordination, or identification of qualified local professionals. The engagement can be structured around the professional adviser’s defined workstream and confidentiality requirements.

For investors and family offices

Investors considering an Armenian company, real-estate project, operating business, joint venture, or strategic partnership can contact Axon Point before committing substantial time or capital. An initial discussion can determine what should be independently verified, which local professionals are required, whether management or site meetings should occur, and whether sanctions, ownership, governance, or reputation issues require enhanced diligence.

For Armenian companies considering the United States

Armenian companies do not need to wait until after U.S. incorporation to seek advice. In many cases, the more useful point of engagement is earlier, when management is deciding whether the U.S. market is commercially appropriate, how customers will be acquired, whether a distributor or direct sales model is better, what regulatory issues affect the product, and what professional infrastructure will be required. Early planning can prevent an entity from being formed before the company has a viable operating model.

Location and working model

Axon Point Advisory is based in Yerevan, Armenia and works with clients and advisers across time zones. Matters may be handled through in-person meetings, secure remote communications, document review, local site work, or a combination of these methods. For Armenia-based projects, the firm’s physical presence permits direct engagement with management teams, local counterparties, professional advisers, and project locations when appropriate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I send documents with my first inquiry?

A short, non-sensitive document may sometimes be useful, but avoid sending large files or highly confidential information until the firm confirms that it can evaluate the matter and provides an appropriate method for transmission.

Does contacting Axon Point create an attorney-client relationship?

No. Axon Point Advisory LLC is an advisory company. A website inquiry does not create legal representation or an attorney-client relationship. U.S. or Armenian legal services require separate engagement of appropriately licensed counsel.

Can Axon Point work with my existing lawyers and accountants?

Yes. Many engagements are designed around a client’s existing professional team. Axon Point can handle commercial, diligence, investigative, market-entry, and local execution work while coordinating with counsel, accountants, tax advisers, or technical professionals.
